1. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR A VIRTUAL VACATION MEMBERSHIP SALES PRESENTATION. NO PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase or attendance at a sales presentation will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The "Ultimate Escape Grand Prize" Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who meet the following criteria at the time of entry:
Age: Must be between forty-five (45) and seventy (70) years of age.
Income: Must have a minimum annual household income of $50,000 USD.
Household Limit: Limit one (1) entry per household.
Exclusions: Employees of Ascend Vacation Group and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. THE GRAND PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing. The Grand Prize consists of:
Accommodations: Eight (8) days and seven (7) nights of hand-selected resort accommodations in a destination of the winner's choice (subject to availability within the Sponsor’s authorized membership inventory).
Airfare: Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) passengers from a major U.S. airport hub. Sponsor provides a credit of up to $350.00 per person ($700.00 total).
Travel Window: The winner has twelve (12) months from the date of prize activation to complete travel.
Concierge Services: Professional travel planning assistance provided by a dedicated concierge.
Estimated Retail Value (ERV): Up to $2,500.00.
4. OPTIONAL VIRTUAL PRESENTATION INCENTIVE
Independent of the Sweepstakes, eligible participants may be offered a separate incentive for attending a 100% Virtual (Zoom) Vacation Membership Sales Presentation.
Incentive Choice: Qualified participants who complete a 45–90 minute virtual presentation will receive their choice of an All-Inclusive Getaway (Cancun/Cabo) or 8-Day Resort Accommodations certificate.
Qualified Prospecting: To receive the presentation incentive, participants must meet Sponsor's qualifications regarding marital status, income, and age.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the telephone and/or email provided. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS & LIMITATIONS
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the value of the prize.
No Affiliation: Ascend Vacation Group is a standalone Utah entity (Registration: 14267225-TLM0) headquartered exclusively in Draper, UT. We maintain no affiliation with "Ascendant Holidays" or other Florida-based groups.
Membership Nature: This prize and the optional presentation regard a vacation membership (right-to-use) and do not constitute a deeded real estate interest or ownership.
