We're a carefully curated weekly market that celebrates handcrafted artisans, makers, specialty food vendors, food trucks, and other small businesses that share our commitment to quality, creativity, professionalism, and community.

Every application is personally reviewed to help us create a balanced, high-quality market experience. Because we carefully curate our market, submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

BUSINESSES WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT
At this time, Soulfully Crafted Market does not accept:

✘ Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies

✘ Mass-produced commercial products

✘ Copyrighted or trademarked merchandise without proper authorization

✘ Businesses or products that are not family-friendly or do not align with the mission and values of Soulfully Crafted Market

SEASONAL VENDOR APPLICATION & REGISTRATION FEE:

Soulfully Crafted Market is a carefully curated market, and each application is personally reviewed to help us maintain a thoughtful balance of products, businesses, vendor categories, professionalism, and overall alignment with the market experience we are creating.

As part of our application review, we may also review a prospective vendor's publicly available business social media accounts, website (if applicable), product photos, online business presence, and publicly available information found through an internet search. This helps us gain a more complete understanding of the business, its products, presentation, and overall fit with Soulfully Crafted Market before a final application decision is made.

A $20 Vendor Application Fee is required when submitting your application. If your application is not accepted, the $20 fee will be refunded in full.

If your application is accepted, the $20 fee will be applied as your one-time Seasonal Vendor Registration Fee for the market season. This fee is paid only once for the entire season, regardless of how many market dates you ultimately participate in.

Once an application has been accepted, the Seasonal Vendor Registration Fee is non-refundable, including if the vendor later decides not to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into Soulfully Crafted Market. Booth fees are separate and are not collected until after your application has been reviewed and approved and market-date availability has been confirmed.

Licensing, Permits & Insurance Requirements

Operating a business comes with certain legal and professional responsibilities. Soulfully Crafted Market requires all participating vendors to obtain and provide all licenses, permits, insurance, certifications, and other documentation applicable to their business, products, or services before participating in the market.

We want our vendors to ensure our vendors have the best chance to establish and maintain their businesses operations according to the law. However, it is the responsibility of the business owner and/or representative of the business to understand and obtain any and all applicable licenses, permits and insurance required to operate such business.

Depending on your business type, accepted vendors may be required to provide documentation such as:

• Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License (all Vendors)

• Maricopa County Health Department permits (Some Food Vendors)

• Food Establishment permits (Some Food Vendors)

• Cottage Food documentation (Some Food Vendors)

• Food Handler certifications (All Food Vendors)

• Fire Department permits (Some Food Vendors)

• General Liability Insurance (All Vendors)

• Other licenses, permits, or certifications required by applicable laws and regulations

PLEASE NOTE: Not every requirement applies to every business. Additional information will be provided to accepted vendors during the registration process.

Soulfully Crafted Market believes in being transparent about participation costs from the very beginning. Booth fees are displayed within each vendor category so prospective vendors can determine whether participation fits their business and budget before continuing through the application process.
ARTISANS/MAKERS PRODUCT CATEGORY: $45.00 per 10 x 10 Space.
These are vendors that create handcrafted and original products personally created, designed, or substantially transformed by the participating vendor. No resale, wholesale, or MLM products.:
SPECIALTY FOOD & BEVERAGE PRODUCTS: $50.00 per 10 x 10 space.
This categories are for small-batch specialty foods and beverages such as baked goods, breads, desserts, confections, specialty drinks, packaged treats, and similar products. This category does not include vendors preparing or serving meal-type foods onsite.
FOOD TRUCKS/TRAILERS & MOBILE KITCHENS: $60.00 per space.
These category is for vendors that will prepare and sell food either from a truck, trailer, mobile kitchen or a tent.
SERVICED BASED CATEGORY: $40.00 per 10 x 10.
These are for small, local businesses providing professional, educational, personal, family, pet, or other approved services that complement the market experience. Participation is limited and curated.
