By signing below, you agree to the following terms with The Curated Play Co.: SUPERVISION: A responsible adult must supervise all children using the equipment at all times. The Curated Play Co. does not provide on-site supervision. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Inflatable and play equipment involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and minor injuries. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the equipment. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Client agrees to release and hold harmless The Curated Play Co. from any liability for injury, illness, property damage, or accidents arising from use of the equipment. EQUIPMENT CARE: No shoes, food, drinks, candy, or sharp objects inside the equipment. No flips, wrestling, or rough play. Damage caused by misuse will be deducted from the damage deposit, and additional charges may apply for major damage. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 2+ weeks before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total. WEATHER POLICY: Inflatables cannot be operated in unsafe weather including strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning. We reserve the right to cancel or pause operation for safety. Weather-related cancellations on our end receive a full refund or rescheduling option. PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT: The Curated Play Co. may photograph or film equipment setups for marketing purposes. Children will not be identified by name without explicit permission. SETUP REQUIREMENTS: Client must provide a clean, flat, accessible setup area with electrical power within reach if required. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due 2 days before the event date. The $100 refundable damage deposit is due within 24 hours of booking submission via Interac e-Transfer.
