By signing below, you agree to the following terms with The Curated Play Co.: SUPERVISION: A responsible adult must supervise all children at all times. We do not provide on-site supervision. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Play equipment involves inherent risks including falls and minor injuries. Client voluntarily assumes all risks. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Client releases and holds harmless The Curated Play Co. from any liability for injury, property damage, or accidents from use of the equipment. EQUIPMENT CARE: No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside the equipment. No flips, wrestling, or rough play. Damage from misuse is deducted from the deposit; major damage may incur additional charges. CANCELLATION: Full refund if cancelled 2+ weeks before the event. Cancellations within 5 days may incur up to a 50% fee. WEATHER: Inflatables cannot operate in unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain, lightning). We may cancel or pause for safety; weather cancellations by us are fully refundable or rescheduled. PHOTO/VIDEO: We may photograph setups for marketing. Children are not identified by name without permission. SETUP: Client provides a clean, flat, accessible setup area with electrical access if needed. PAYMENT: Full payment due 2 days before the event. $100 refundable damage deposit due within 24 hours of submission via Interac e-Transfer.

A $100 refundable damage deposit is required for every booking. The deposit is returned in full after pickup, assuming all equipment is in good condition. Cash deposits are not accepted — Interac e-Transfer only.

EQUIPMENT CARE: No shoes, food, drinks, candy, or sharp objects inside the equipment. No flips, wrestling, or rough play. Damage caused by misuse will be deducted from the damage deposit, and additional charges may apply for major damage. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 2+ weeks before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total. WEATHER POLICY: Inflatables cannot be operated in unsafe weather including strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning. We reserve the right to cancel or pause operation for safety. Weather-related cancellations on our end receive a full refund or rescheduling option. PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT: The Curated Play Co. may photograph or film equipment setups for marketing purposes.
