I am voluntarily entering The Handsome Cat Cafe. I have been advised that all cats residing at The Handsome Cat Cafe are fully vaccinated, altered, and microchipped. Most, if not all, of these cats have claws and know how to use them. They also have fur to which some humans may experience an allergic reaction. Having been so advised, I hereby waive any claims against The Handsome Cat Cafe, its staff, and Saving Paws Animal Rescue of Kentucky, Inc. related to injuries, including allergic reactions, and property damages which I may incur. If I am bringing a minor into The Handsome Cat Cafe I accept responsibility for the minor and agree that they will treat the feline residents with proper reverence and humanity.
