  • This is a re-enrollment form intended for returning scouts only.

    • Please submit a separate form for each Cub Scout who is returning to Pack 3017 for the 2026-2027 year.
    • After submitting the form and the pack dues payment (payment instructions in Section 6), your scout’s re-enrollment will be complete.
    • Update any information that has changed.
    • Save $25 on Pack Dues! Register by June 15th to lock in our early bird rate of SGD $225. After June 15th, dues increase to SGD $250.
    • Final deadline for registration and payment is August 31, 2026

  • 3. Annual Health Check and Medical Record

    For all returning Scouts
  • Download the Annual Health Form: Annual Health Form (PDF)
  • To keep your Scout ready for adventure, please submit the Annual Health and Medical Record to Pack leadership by September 15th. This essential form provides leaders with critical health history and grants legal authorization for emergency medical treatment if a parent cannot be reached. Because it must be updated annually to remain valid, please ensure all sections are complete and that your Scout’s tetanus immunization has been received within the last 10 years.

  • Den Assignments

    For returning Cub Scouts, we plan to put you into your previous dens unless the numbers in your dens are low and need to be combined with another den, or if there is another reason why your child would like to be placed in a different den.

    If you have any preferences to help us with your den placement, please write this information below. If you are happy with your current den, then move on to the next question.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee your child's preferences but will do our best to accommodate so that everyone can have a great Cub Scout experience.

  • 5. Activity Shirts

    To reduce waste, we’re reusing last year's shirt design. Only complete the section below if you need a new one. If you might need one, please mark "YES" so we can ensure enough are in stock.

  • To help you choose the right fit, please check the size number on your current activity shirt. Sample shirts are also available upon request.

    Note: If you already selected an adult shirt while registering another child, there is no need to select again here.

    Sizing Tips & Special Orders:

    • Order Up: Sizing runs small; if you are between sizes, we recommend ordering a size larger.
    • Custom Sizes: If you require a size not listed in the charts, select "Other" and we will contact you to assist.

    • If you need more than one shirt and they are different sizes you may select more than one box
    • If you want two shirts of the same size, please indicate that selection in the "Other" option.

  • 6. Annual Pack Dues

  • To ensure your Scout’s spot is secured for the upcoming year, please review the following dues and deadline information:

    Annual Dues & Deadlines

    • Early Bird Rate: Pay SGD $225 by June 15th.
    • Standard Rate: SGD $250 for all ranks after June 15th.
    • Final Deadline to Secure a Spot: All payments must be received by August 31st to process re-enrollment for Pack 3017.

    • Preferred (PayNow): Send payment to our treasurer, Dawn Kaung, at +65 9059 4815. Please mention Scout Name in Memo field.
    • Cash: Contact Dawn at the number above to arrange a hand-off.

    • Placement Policy: Spots not secured by August 31st will be released to new incoming Scouts. Any re-enrollment after this date is subject to Den availability and cannot be guaranteed.
