Trunk Host Notes:
Have fun with it! We encourage you to get creative with your trunk, and costumes are absolutely welcome too. Trunk hosts will need to arrive by 2pm for setup and have two people available to staff their trunk throughout the event from 3–7pm. Candy will be provided, so there’s no need to bring your own unless you’ve also signed up to donate. **Electrical access is not available at trunk locations, so any lighting, decorations or other elements of your setup will need to be self-contained. And since fall evenings on the farm can get a little chilly, we recommend bringing a warm layer for later in the day!

Activities should be family-friendly, hands-on and able to operate safely in an outdoor farm setting. Activity hosts are responsible for providing the materials and supplies needed for their activity. Electrical access is not available, so activities should be fully self-contained and any powered elements must be battery-operated. Generators are not permitted.
We’ll review your activity before confirming participation and follow up if we have any questions about setup or logistics.
Donation Amount - Businesses and organizations contributing $150 or more will also have their logo included on our event flyer as a thank you for their support.
