Registration Information
Please read the following important details about registration, refund policy, event expectations, medical & safety notice, emergency contact requirement, minors, and the liability waiver before proceeding.

Registration & Refund Policy
Your registration secures your spot for 'Surviving the Darkness.' Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event (Oct 17, 2026). No refunds will be issued after that date. Transfers to another participant are not permitted, as each player must provide emergency contact information.

Event Expectations
Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow all event instructions, and respect fellow attendees. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Medical & Safety

This event includes physical activity and may include uneven outdoor terrain, loud noises, music, crowds, physical gameplay, outdoor weather conditions and more.

 

Safety protocols will be in place, but participation is at your own risk.

Emergency Contact Requirement
All participants must provide an emergency contact.

Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian review and acknowledge the waiver.

Liability Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the risks involved with participation in 'Surviving the Darkness.' Participants are responsible for managing their own medical conditions, limitations, and allergies. You agree not to hold the event organizers liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
