By submitting this form and applying my electronic signature, I, on behalf of the Reporting Entity, confirm that I have read and understood the AML/CTF Designated Business Unit Services Agreement between @realty Pty Ltd (as DBU) and the Reporting Entity (the Agreement) — including its Particulars, General Terms, and Schedules 1 to 3 — and I am authorised to bind the Reporting Entity to its terms. The information provided in this form is true and complete and forms the Particulars and Schedule 3 of the Agreement. I confirm each acknowledgement in Part 6 of Schedule 3, and authorise @realty Pty Ltd to debit the Fees by direct debit in accordance with clause 9.4. My electronic signature constitutes execution of the Agreement by the Reporting Entity under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). @realty Pty Ltd, having authorised the issue of this form and its terms, is deemed to have executed the Agreement by issuing this form, and the Agreement takes effect on the date this form is submitted (the Commencement Date).
