HKB | Exchange Nomination Form - Spring 2027

  • Exchange Nomination Form

    This form may only be completed by mobility coordinators. Students wishing to undertake an exchange semester at HKB are kindly asked to contact the International Office of their home institution.

  • Please use this form to nominate your student for an exchange at HKB in the spring semester 2027 (22 February - 13 June 2027). Once the form is submitted, the nominated student will receive an email with detailed information about the application procedure.

    We kindly ask that you submit your nominations in a timely manner, so that students have sufficient time to prepare their documents before the application deadline.

    • Nomination: 1 November 2026
    • Application: 15 November 2026

      Please note that the Music Division is not open to exchange students during the spring semester. This applies to all music degree programmes, including the BA Sound Arts. Music students wishing to undertake an exchange in the autumn semester may apply once a year in April. Thank you for your understanding.

The nomination form for the Autumn Semester 2027 is expected to become available in mid-January 2027.
