I give permission to the Annunciation Greek Afternoon School to take whatever emergency measures are judged necessary for the care and protection of my child(ren) while under the supervision of the program. I understand that every effort will be made to notify the parents in an emergency, but, in extreme medical situations, emergency resources may be contacted before the parents.

Please note that your child(ren) will not be considered registered and cannot start in September until all tuition, stewardship or fee (as applicable) has been received.

The Steward Tuition rate is available only to families who are current in parish stewardship. To qualify, current-year stewardship payment must be received by the Church Office at the time of registration or must have already been paid.

If your family is not an Annunciation Steward, a $500-per-family fee is due with registration.

Tuition and fees are due with registration. You do not need a PayPal account to check out. Please check out by clicking on 'Pay with Credit Card.' The system is linked to the Church's payment system.

If you need to send in a check, please make it out to Annunciation Church Greek School and send it in to our Church Secretary. In that case, please unclick the tuition tab above which will make the Tuition options disappear.

Once the form is properly submitted, you will receive an email with the details of your submission. If you do not receive such an email, then your registration has not gone through.
