Registrations are required by the specified date on the registration form. No site will be reserved without a completed camper registration or receipt of payment in full. Special requests will not be guaranteed, but will be carefully considered, the special requests must be made by the Wednesday before the event begins.
Limited camping site resources- please understand the Orleans County Fair does the best it can, with the resources available. Campers are required to choose between the use of a slide out, or an awning to allow room for everyone that would like to stay at the fairgrounds. Dimensions are required in advance as sites very and width and depth, and we must have an understanding of the camper to make the camper parking easier for everyone.
Camping site conduct: only animals included on livestock forms are allowed on the fairgrounds during the fair. Other pets, including dogs are not allowed. Secure all valuables, Orleans County Fair is not responsible for property, loss, theft, or damage. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Campfires are not permitted. Please keep your camping site organized and clean.
Only one vehicle is allowed for each camping site. Please keep the pass in your vehicle window.
Alcohol should not be consumed in areas of the fairgrounds.
Camper departure: campers must be removed from camping sites by the Monday after the event. A fee WILL BE ASSESSED if campers are not removed. Notify the camping coordinator with any changes in arrival or departure.
I agree to pay Orleans County Fair the registration fee for camping plus applicable sewage rates.
