Thank you for volunteering to help lead our Heavenly Heroes Summer Camp! You will work hard but you'll also make friends and have a blast!
The camp runs from Monday-Friday, July 13-17. Arrival time is 7:30AM each morning for prayer and preparation for camper arrival at 8AM. Volunteers should plan to stay until 1:00PM for clean-up and reset Monday-Thursday. On Friday, we will have a celebration after clean-up until about 3:00.
Availability for all five days STRONGLY encouraged.
Mandatory Set-up and prep Meeting on Sunday, July 12 from 7-9PM. Please contact Jo Zink if you need to make other arrangements to get the orientation information that will be given at this meeting.
Optional dinner and decorating beforehand from 5-7PM.

NOTE: please make sure your Safe Parish certification is current. Contact Jo Zink (jzink@saint-max.org) if you need information on getting Safe Parish certified before camp. You will also be added to our flocknote for all communicaitons.
All Participants & Volunteers must wear shoes that are safe for running (NO flip-flops)!
