Availability
Due to the nature of CPO’s structure, we are seeking part-time staff available for approximately 20 hours per week, including availability on Tuesday evenings. Occasionally, additional evening or weekend hours may be required for client events, outreach opportunities, fundraisers, or special programs.
On-Call Rotation & Crisis Response Availability CPO maintains a Hotline and Textline so that we can respond when a mother is in crisis or when a woman needs assistance creating an emergency adoption plan. Staff members share this responsibility through an on-call rotation system. Sharing this responsibility helps support the mental and emotional health of our team while ensuring clients receive timely support. If employed by CPO, would you be willing to participate in the on-call rotation
