• BCSC Event Producer Equipment Rentals

  • This form is used to rent our BCSC Rental Equipment.

    Pick-up and drop-off is at a warehouse in Port Coquitlam.

    BCSC is not responsible for loading or delivery, and you must provide a work crew of at least 6 people per floor and a 26 foot truck per floor.

    This form is for the request of equipment rental only, and does not guarantee availability. Your rental will be confirmed by BCSC via email and you will be sent a contract.

    If there are two rental requests on the same day, BCSC will prioritize rentals on a first come-first serve basis.

  • Costs:
    $4000/one day sanctioned event, $5500/two day sanctioned event with a 10% discount for those renting for multiple events in a season.

    Any event that is not sanctioned, will have an additional $500/day, no multi-use discount. This would include access to all of our equipment (2 full sprung floors, tumble strip and additional rolls).

    * Price does not include transportation or labour. Renter must have a minimum of 6 people to move a full floor.

    Selecting "No" below may result in not being approved for rental.

  • Upon receiving the completed form, BCSC will contact you via email to confirm your booking and sign a rental agreement.

    You will be invoiced separately. Please do not send a payment prior to receiving an invoice.

    You will also be asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file in case of damages or incurred late fees. 

    Filling out this form does not guarantee rental and preference may be given to those who have an established rental history, or are renting for multiple events.

    Equipment rentals are at the discretion of the BCSC Board of Directors.
