Name of park or trail segment you would like to adopt (please refer to list of available adoption sites). Adoption sites are on a first-come basis. Please indicate your primary park you’d like to adopt. If that one is unavailable, please list any other parks/areas you would be willing to adopt.

Adoption period is for a 2-year term. After 2 years, you can reapply or relinquish that adoption site. Applications may be denied if frequency is insufficient for adoption site needs.

As a volunteer, I agree to help maintain, but not alter the present landscaping or design of a park. I will report my group's hours quarterly on the form provided or online at ncprd.com/adopt-a-park. Further, I understand that NCPRD may terminate this agreement at any time without cause, and that I am volunteering my services and may be asked to discontinue such without prior notice or reason.
