Vendor Setup Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (both days)
Vendor Fee: None — this event is completely free to participate in
Event Time: 11am-3pm
Requirements: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, table cloths, and canopies. No Electricity is provided. Must have Valid Business License/Sellers Permit.

Terms & Conditions
1. Liability Waiver: Hendo's Barrel House, MSG Hospitality, and their respective owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendor property, equipment, inventory, or personnel during the event, including setup and breakdown periods. Vendors participate at their own risk.
2. Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hendo's Barrel House and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of or resulting from the vendor's participation in the event, products sold, or actions of vendor's staff.
3. Insurance: Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance covering the duration of the event. Hendo's Barrel House reserves the right to require proof of insurance for certain vendor types.
4. Health & Safety Compliance: All vendors are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal health codes, licensing requirements, and regulations. Vendor assumes full responsibility for any claims arising from the sale or distribution of their products.
5. Vendor Conduct: Vendors agree to conduct themselves and their staff in a professional manner at all times. Hendo's Barrel House reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event if their conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of event guidelines.
6. Space & Setup Assigned vendor spaces are non-transferable. Vendors may not sublet or share their assigned space without prior written approval from event management. Vendors are responsible for the setup, operation, and complete breakdown of their booth within the designated event hours.
7. Photography & Media Release By participating in this event, vendors grant Hendo's Barrel House and its authorized media partners the right to photograph, film, and use images or footage of vendor booths and staff for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.
