  • In the absence of above, please email gladcanada@uhn.ca and provide proof of credentials/professional designation. Acceptable proof of credentials/professional designation may include:

    • Active membership in a recognized kinesiology association
    • A four-year university degree in kinesiology
    • CSEP-CEP certificate
  • Please select your preferred email address for course correspondences. This will be used for all communications related to the course, including pre-reading course materials that will be sent approximately 10-days prior to the course start date.

  • The cost to attend the GLA:DTM Canada Certification Course is
    $650.00 CAD per person.  

    Please Note: For a limited time only, British Columbia-based new clinicians affiliated with an existing GLA:D site in the Registry may qualify for a subsidized rate of $390 CAD per person.

    Payment is processed through Stripe. After payment is complete, a receipt will be generated by Stripe and emailed to the payor.
