Please select the dates you will be attending. Market hours are 11-3 with set up starting at 9:30 am Fees : Saturdays = $30 per day Sundays = $30 per day Weekends = $50.00 Saturday and Sunday Whole Season both Saturdays & Sunday =$750.00 Whole Season all 1 day weekend (all Saturday's or all Sunday's) =$400.00 Vendors will be accepted on a first come bases by email. Payment is then due to confirm and hold your spot.

RULES Fees : *Market Fees are to be paid in full upon receiving acceptance email.*If you do NOT pay your market fee or make plans to do so, we will move on to the next vendor.*Refunds will be given under the discretion of the market coordinators or when the market coordinators need to cancel a particular market day.*Receipts will be issued at the end of the calendar year. One receipt per vendor. The receipt will include listed all market dates that you paid for as well as tent / table rentals.*Payments to be sent to email sent to the invoice.Cancelations : - cancelations need to be done by Wednesday at noon if you plan on cancelling for that weekend. - if you do not cancel by the deadline, refunds will not be issued. - This is an outdoor market. If we decide to cancel a market day, the decision will be made by 7 am the morning of at the latest, as we follow the weather. In the case of inclement weather, we will refund fees paid for that day. (with exception of seasonal bookings as, discount has already been given and cancelations have been accounted for )- NO - SHOWS …. If you no show, all booked dates will automatically be cancelled and you will not be booked again for that calendar year, no refund will be issued.Housekeeping : - Tents are NOT mandatory.- Weights or pegs are MANDATORY for ALL tents.- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. (Please inquire if you are in need of renting a tent or table)-Vendors will be allotted a 10 foot space. More space may be available on request at no extra charge if feasible.- Washrooms available along with hand sanitizer.- Yes you can have your vehicle with you.- Keep a clean market area, trash receptacles will be provided.- We do not tolerate rude or inappropriate behaviour, you will have 1 warning.
