Calling all Vendors!

Carlisle is preparing to host its innagural SPECK FEST!

Saturday, October 24, 2026

10am to 6pm

Our event will be held in the downtown area. Our goal is to have a large number of vendors onsite! There will be live entertainment and other activities as well.

Vendor space will be tent covered and each space is approximately 10 x 10. A limited number of Volunteers will be available to assist with set up and take down.

Restrictions and Guidelines for Participation

The following are not permitted:
- On-Site Food Preparation (unless registered as a food truck vendor)
- Pressurized Spray String
- Fireworks
- Adult Only Products
- Animals unless medically required
- Generators
- Knives/Guns/Weapons
- Games of Skill
- No rides of any kind
Guidelines/Requirements
- Operating Hours are from 10am to 6pm – set up begins at 8am
- No refunds and no rain date
- No overnight campers or trailers
- Make sure your booth is manned at all times and remains open until the end of operating hours
- Set up should be contained within the assigned space and should not impede traffic or encroach upon neighboring vendors
- Keep area clean and remove trash
- Professional conduct and attire is expected at all times
- City of Carlisle and the Chamber of Commerce assumes no responsibility for liability for personal injury or for loss or damaged items/equipment
- Vendors are responsible for complying with event requirements/restrictions, health department and sales tax regulations; failure to comply will result in no future participation
