  • Return & Refund Policy

    Because each Mini Memory Co. magnet is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect photo selections, or ordering the wrong quantity.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.

    If approved, we will remake the affected magnet(s) at no additional charge.

    Customers are responsible for submitting clear, quality photos. Mini Memory Co. is not responsible for poor image quality caused by photos provided by the customer.

    Refunds are generally not available for custom orders. Each issue will be reviewed individually.
