Participant Registration

Waiver, Release and Indemnity from Liability June 27 2026. In consideration of the acceptance of my registration and permission to participate in the Water Walk for Gaza, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that walking 10km includes inherent risks and hereby release, waive and forever discharge the event organizers and its respective agents, volunteers and representatives of and from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect to death, injury including paralysis and permanent disability, loss or damage to my person or property however caused, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as a spectator or participant or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event and notwithstanding that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the aforesaid. I further hereby undertake to hold and save harmless and agree to indemnify all of the Water Walk for Gaza organizers and its respective agents, volunteers and representatives from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation the said event. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge I have read, understood and agreed to the above Waiver, Release and Indemnity. I warrant that I am physically fit to participate in this event. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult to participate on this walk. The accompanying adult undertakes full responsibility for the safety of any minors accompanying them, and the full terms of this waiver apply to all participants including accompanied minors.
