offered of any kind. This includes forwarding of fees paid for this event to another event or transferring of funds paid to another contestant is not permitted. I release and hold harmless Kentucky Festival Pageants, AmeriFest LLC, judges, staff, and ALL other parties affiliated with this pageant from ALL responsibility for any issues traveling to/from/during the event including but not limited to accidents, falls, sickness, or injury. I agree that any photos submitted or taken during the event may be used for advertising purposes on the website, print, or social media. I understand and agree that all Teen or Miss winners, if they become pregnant or get married during their reign, they will step down from their duties and the next highest score (mini supreme) will assume the title and continue the reign. I agree that if I acquire a title that prohibits me from representing Kentucky Festivals to the fullest, my title and duties will be passed down to the next highest score/title winner. I understand and agree that if I win a Grand Supreme title I am required to attend functions and will attend the following year to crown my predecessor. I certify that all information listed is correct and accurate and I certify that My age and residence are accurate. I understand that providing false statements on this form will result in disqualification. I understand that Amerifest LLC reserves the right to : (1) to decline any advertising submitted; (2) reserves the right to combine age divisions; (3) guarantee the return of photos physically submitted (4) reserves the right to substitute any gifts or prizes for those of equal or greater value; (5) is not responsible for any lost or stolen items; (6) does not issue any refunds of any kind and any payments received are NON TRANSFERABLE to any other event or contestant; (7) Kentucky Sales Tax (where applicable) is included in all charges; and (8) winners are responsible for any taxes of substantial gifts if applicable, and AmeriFest is not liable for those tax reporting of gifts received (9) ANY contestant or their party exemplifying ANY behavior deemed unsuitable for the reputation of the system will me excused from their reign (or the event on site) and forfeit prizes. A.L.I.C.E. COMMUNITY SERVICE FREE

Ages 3-9 will send in a two page resume on what community service means to you. Ages 10+ will give a 3 min speech with a closed panel of judges after your set interview time. Awarded per session. Winners qualify for Nationals 2027.

KENTUCKY SCHOLAR FREE

Submit a one page of all school awards and achievements. One winner per session. Winners qualify for Nationals 2027.

Contestants compete in formal wear & OPTIONAL Fashion Runway wear. All competition and crowning for 3-6 year girls is during this session. After crowning there will be on stage photos and then contestants are free to leave. Stage is open for practice during registration only.

Contestants compete in opening parade with state tee, formal wear & OPTIONAL Fashion Runway wear. All competition and crowning for 7-9 year girls & STAR is during this session. Grand Supreme: One lucky winner from each age group will win $300 nationals pageant cash, signature custom crown, rhinestone lined custom sash, velvet royalty robe, special discounts and certificates from sponsors, AmeriFest garment bag, a photo session, Custom jewelry (boys and 0-2 will receive toy equivalent), supreme tray or plaque, and rhinestone scepter. PLUS other surprise gifts, sponsorship donations, appearance opportunities, all will represent your title at various events throughout the year, return for the 2027 Kentucky State finals to crown, and qualify for AmeriFest US Nationals in July 2027.

Mini, Novice, Beauty, & Personality Supreme: One lucky winner from each age group will be official STATE SUPREME royalty and win a supreme tray or plaque, monogrammed custom sash, beautiful custom round crown, tote bag, gift certificates, gorgeous jewelry gift (or age appropriate toy), other sponsor gifts and certificates. PLUS qualify for the AmeriFest US National Pageant July 2027!

Queen or King: One winner in each age division will win an official state trophy, tray, custom state monogrammed sash, state tote bag, custom state crown or scepter, & special gift. PLUS qualify for AmeriFest National’s July 2027!
Princess/Prince AND Duchess/Duke: One winner in each age division will win an official state trophy, tray, or cup, customized sash, state tote bag, custom state crown or scepter, & special gift. PLUS qualify for AmeriFest National’s July 2027!

Side Awards: Winners in each age division for personality, best dressed, best hair, rising star, & photogenic will win an official state medal or certificate with a charm. Photo winners qualify for Nationals 2027!

Fashion Runway: Winners in each age division will receive a custom state medal, crown, and  a charm. Winners qualify for Nationals 2027!

Centerfold, Cover Contest, Theme Contest: Winners in each age group will appear in the program book and win a state gift PLUS qualify for Nationals 2027! Must submit by 10/16!

Top Model: Show your style and modeling potential with any photo you choose ! You can submit up to 3 photos, due by 10/16. 1 winner per age group will qualify for nationals and have bragging rights as the 2026 Kentucky State Top Model! Trophy or plaque also awarded on stage plus winners featured in the program book.

Humanitarian Award: The person collecting the items in your own community will win a $50 Nationals pageant cash, a beautiful round crown, & qualify for Nationals The Humanitarian slip is on the website under State Pageant link. The slips ONLY is to be brought to the pageant, filled out by the organization receiving the donations & dated—NOT the actual items to the pageant.
Think local toy drives, churches, Children’s Advocacy Centers accept stuffed animals or blankets, fire departments often host toy drives as well. Kentucky festival contestants have donated hundreds of thousands of items over the years—”Its More Than Just’ Charity Supreme details will be released online soon.

ALICE Community Service Award: Ages 3-9 may submit a resume. Ages 10+ will conduct a 3 min speech after your interview time. It will be with NON—panel judges that you will not be judged by any other part of the weekend. It’s all about serving and giving back—what does service mean to you?? Winners qualify for Nationals and win a crown and sash. A Life In Community service Empowers!

Commonwealth of Kentucky (People’s Choice): All voting is done online. Top 5 in Mister, Wee, Little, Junior, Star, PreTeen, Teen, Miss, Modern, and Ms-Mrs-Woman-Elegant combined with first place qualifying for the 2027 Nationals, state crown, state sash, vacation getaway, a spot on Supreme Row, and so much more!

 

Charity Supreme: Bring new adult and children’s gloves and blankets for The Santa Train—1 winner per session wins trip, crown, and qualifies for Nationals 2027!

Kentucky Scholar: One winner from each session will receive a state gift and a charm.

A fun way to earn your fees paid and lots of awesome prizes is to sell good luck pages/Ads for the program. The pages may be sold to family members, businesses or anyone who wants to sponsor you! They may be business advertisements or pages to say “good luck”. You set the ad up the way you want it to appear or the business will give you an ad. We can use business cards, letterheads, coupons, or make ads on your computer or photo kiosks from Walmart, CVS, etc. If you have questions please email us at amerifeststudios@gmail.com or courtneyamerifest@gmail.com. WALMART CHANCES

You may sell raffle chances on a $100 Walmart gift card that we draw for at the pageant. Tickets are $1 each and all money goes toward your fees it’s that simple! Want to win the prizes below too—OK ! Sell 300 chances you get the gifts for 2 pages, and so on! Bring chances to the pageant cut up and ready to turn in.

GRAND Ambassador Supreme: The #1 top selling contestant, selling the most ads for the entire weekend will win an amazing prize package. The Grand Ambassador winner must have sold a minimum of 15 pages and must have all ads with full payment postmarked by 10/16. In addition to the Pageant Ambassador Awards,
the ONE contestant with the most ad pages/sponsor amount will also receive on stage recognition, a full page photo ad in the program book, Upgraded supreme sash, a Cooks Studio photoshoot session, a 5 day Cancun or Hawaii vacation, PLUS bragging rights as GRAND AMBASSADOR and of course qualify for nationals July 2027)
