  • Vehicle Pass Requirements

    How many vehicles will you have on-site and where do they need access to?

  • PLEASE READ THE BELOW AS INFORMATION CAN CHANGE EVENT TO EVENT.

    • Vehicle Passes are STRICTLY TRANSIT ONLY.
    • The driver must not leave the vehicle at all times when servicing in the event precinct. 
    • Any vehicles left unattended without authorisation will be towed. 
    • Once deliveries have been made afterhours, the vehicle must be parked external to the event precinct. 
    • Once the event is open to the public, vehicle movements within the event precinct is prohibited unless dispendation has been granted by the events team.

    VEHICLE PASSES ARE NOT VALID UNLESS CONTACT DETAILS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ON EACH PASS.

  • VEHICLE PASSES ARE NOT REQUIRED IF YOU ARE BUMPING IN BEFORE FRIDAY 10TH JULY AND BUMPING OUT SUNDAY NIGHT 12TH JULY AFTER THE RACE COMPLETION.

  • The information you have provided in this application will be submitted to the Accreditation Department for verification. Should additional details be required to verify your request, a representative from the Supercars Events team will be in contact.

    By submitting this application, you declare that the information provided in this online form is correct, and you accept on behalf of your company, staff and contractors, that accreditation is issued subject to the conditions that will be provided at time of collection.
