Tuition Structure

Tuition includes instruction, materials, and practicum supervision. Application fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Student
• 30+ days prior: Full refund minus deposit
• 14–29 days prior: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refunds; full tuition responsibility applies

After Training Begins
Withdrawal after 10% of program completed is not eligible for refund.

Certification
Certification issued only after full payment and competency completion.

Attendance / Competence Policy

Program Requirements
100% attendance is required for certification. Any missed hours must be made up through training sessions. Please note, homework assignments or reading/self-study cannot be used to make up missed training hours.

Attendance Expectations
• Arrive on time and remain present
• Participate fully in practicum
• Complete all assignments

Acceptable Absences
Sometimes, absences are unavoidable due to sickness, family emergencies, or personal events that have been communicated to the lead teacher trainer in advance. In these instances, a student may miss up to 10% of training hours. Beyond 10%, the student will no longer be eligible for certification, and no refund will be available.
ALL missed hours will need to be made up through training sessions at the student’s expense of $30/hour.

Completion Standards
Attendance alone does not guarantee graduation. Competency and professionalism are required.
