  • HOW TO USE THIS FORM:

    1. Use the month dropdown menu or arrows to scroll through the available dates. The available dates will appear as gray squares on the calendar. If a date has already been claimed, you will not be able to select it. (Note: It takes a few seconds for the calendar to load the available dates – please be patient.) 

    2. Select the date by clicking the gray square on the calendar. It will darken once selected. 

    3. Click the 12:00 PM on the right-hand side to make your selection. (This timing is listed as a restriction of our technology. Please consult our calendar / weekly T'chiyah Times for accurate service timing.)  

    4. Your entry will not be saved until you click SUBMIT below. Once this form is submitted, you will receive an autoresponse confirmation with instructions on what to bring, and will receive automatic reminders 2 weeks and 1 week before your commitment. (A Google calendar event will also be generated for you.) Thank you for sharing this sacred obligation!

      • Two loaves of sesame-free challah
      • One bottle of wine or grape juice (Does not need to be kosher)
      • A savory snack to share (ex: cheese & crackers, chips, veggies & dip, etc.)
      • A sweet snack to share (ex: cookies, fruit, etc.) 

      We have serving utensils at T'chiyah, but you are welcome to bring your own / disposables. It is best to bring items that are easily distributable; if you are bringing something like a quiche or coffee cake, please cut it beforehand to make things more efficient. 

      Regarding quantity, we average about 20 attendees per service.
