  • HOURS & FEE SCHEDULE

     

    Travel to Job Site*  ($55/hour)  8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. One hour minimum. 

    *(If job is more than 70 miles away from our shop, travel rate is $100/hour charged roundtrip)

    Labor  ($80/hour)   8am to 5pm,  Monday thru Friday. One hour minimum. 

    Overtime Travel  ($100/hour)  After 5pm, Monday thru Friday & Saturdays 8am-2pm.  We are closed Sundays. One hour minimum.

    Overtime Labor   ($125/hour) After 5pm, Monday thru Friday & Saturdays 8am-2pm. We are closed Sundays. One hour minimum.

     

    Drop Off Hours

    8am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday
    If you plan to drop off your machine for service, please call (505) 226-5564 to verify that someone is available to receive your equipment for service in house.  


    To save money, Customer may consider bringing machine to Revive Coffee Tech shop and drop it off for service.  Address : 723 Tijeras Ave. NW Albuquerque, NM 87102

     

    Payment

    Revive Coffee Tech sends all invoices directly to Customer via email. Customer will receive invoice within a couple of days after service is completed. The email includes a link to view the details of the job and invoice. It also allows Customer to make payment immediately via debit or credit card. Payment terms are NET 10 (unless we have a special agreement on other terms).

     

    Late Payment Fees

    Non-payment of invoice will be managed as follows: 30 Days Past Due: A Past Due Fee of $30.00 will be added to invoice and a reminder will be sent to Customer via email. 60 Days Past Due: A Past Due Fee of $60.00 will be added to invoice and another reminder will be sent to Customer via email. 90 Days Past Due: Revive Coffee Tech will turn Customer’s debt over to collections agency.

  • Quality of Service
    Revive Coffee Tech warrants that all maintenance and repair services performed will be executed in a professional and workmanlike manner, adhering to the standards commonly recognized in the industry and region.


    Correction of Defects
    Should any workmanship not meet the stated standards, the customer must notify Revive Coffee Tech within 30 days of completion of the initial repair. We commit to promptly correct the defect at no additional cost to the customer.


    Limitations
    The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper care of the coffee equipment by the customer, or any modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by parties other than Revive Coffee Tech after the initial service.

  • THIS FORM IS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, BUT APPLIES TO ALL FUTURE BUSINESS AND REPAIRS DONE WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL/COMPANY.
