2026 Sydney Craft Week Application Form

Sydney Craft Week celebrates its tenth year. It is hosted by the UNSW Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture and the School of Art & Design, and is an initiative of the Australian Design Centre.

Friday 9 October to Sunday 18 October 2026.

To host an event as part of this year's festival, please complete this form. We recommend you first read the participant information and City of Sydney sustainable event guide.

Do not overlay your image with graphics or text
Please submit good quality images only

Please label your images files using the following format:
ImageDescription_Date_PhotographerName (eg. CeramicDetail_2026_JoePerson);
or title your images under your event/organisation name.

Please provide image credit information below for the photos you upload using the following format.

For artwork image: Artist name, Title, year of production, Photographer.
For general image: Caption/description, year taken, Photographer.

Advertisement

Please indicate if you would like to purchase a program event advertisement. Once your SCW participation has been confirmed, we will provide further details on payment of fees and content requirements.

Terms & Conditions

SCW's post-event survey is mandatory. Please take this into consideration when agreeing to the terms as it is a requirement for inclusion in the Festival.

I agree to...

complete the post event survey, including audience event numbers, within two weeks of receiving it.
promote the event on my social media.
be responsible for the safety of the participants at my event and any insurance.
understand that images I supply will be used for marketing purposes related to SCW.
once the program is live, I will advise SCW if any event details change such as times or event cancellation.
supply all final event details no later than 22 July.
read the sustainability guide and will aim to deliver a sustainable event.
