Documents:
The Training Department will only keep copies of original documents such as educational certificates, BLS certificates, Al-Haya paper, etc.
Students are responsible for keeping their original documents safe.
Uniform and ID:
Students must adhere to the dress code and wear their ID card at all times during the training period.
Attendance and Timing:
Students must record their attendance (time in and out) daily in the manual attendance sheet, which must be approved by the assigned trainer.
At the end of each month, the attendance sheet should be submitted to the Training Department after approval from the Training Coordinator and Department Head.
Any unjustified absence must be compensated at the end of the training period
with the coordinator’s approval. Otherwise, the trainee will not receive the training certificate.
Schedule Compliance:
Students must follow the training schedule and attend practical lessons, and official working hours, which are an obligatory part of the curriculum.
Any changes to the schedule must be reported to the Training Department; otherwise, the absence will be recorded.
Sick Leave:
Sick leave reports must be submitted to the Training Department; otherwise, the day will be considered an absence.
Patient Interaction:
Students are not allowed to interact directly with patients unless under the supervision of their assigned trainer in the department.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Students must complete the evaluation and feedback forms provided by the Clinical Training Department to receive their certificate.
Training Card:
At the end of the training period, students must return their training card to the Training Department. Failure to do so will result in a 50 riyal fine.
Discipline:
Students must attend the training department only during designated training hours as per the distribution plan.
General Conduct:
Students must follow general conduct guidelines when interacting with peers and staff, recognizing that they are in a hospital environment.
Additional Rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.
Students must participate in the designated WhatsApp group with Academic Affairs management.
Monthly feedback meetings will be held to address student concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
The Training Department will keep copies of documents only; no documents will be retained after issuing the certificate.
Violating these rules may result in termination of training, withdrawal of the student’s ID card, and loss of training fees without the issuance of a training certificate.
Cooperation and Evaluation:
Student evaluations will be based on their adherence to these rules and their acquired knowledge.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of training registration is subject to the following:
1. More than 2 weeks before the start date: 90% refund will be issued.
2. Within 2 weeks before the start date: 80% refund will be issued.
3. Within the first 3 days after the start date: 50% refund will be issued.
4. Within the first week after the start date: 25% refund will be issued.
5. More than 2 weeks after the start date: No refund will be issued.
6. In the event that the minimum required number of participants for any specialization is not met, the full amount shall be refunded to the trainee.
