  • THIS SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION/AGREEMENT IS NOT APPROVED UNTIL BFW SIGNS AND EMAILS IT BACK TO APPLICANT.

     

    AFTER APPROVAL IS GRANTED, APPLICANT GOES TO SPONSOR BFW LINK AND MAKES PAYMENT COMMENSURATE WITH BFW-SIGNED APPLICATION/AGREEMENT.

  • This Sponsorship Application/Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Black Family Weekend (“BFW”) and the undersigned Sponsor (“Sponsor”). This Agreement governs sponsorship participation associated with Black Family Weekend programming, including the Step Show Performing Arts Program, Tailgate Experience, marketing activations, hospitality visibility, and related community engagement activities.

  • 1. Sponsor Information

  • 2. Sponsorship Tier Selection

  • Teammate Sponsor Type (Must honor $10 Event Entry fee for each BFW Weekend Pass holder, with the exception of Limited Advertising Only sponsor type)

  • 3. Sponsorship Benefits and Deliverables

    • Sponsor benefits shall correspond to the selected tier and attached Exhibits.

    • Custom sponsorships may receive scaled recognition proportional to contribution amount.

    • BFW may reasonably adjust sponsor placement, scheduling, or formatting as operationally necessary while preserving general sponsorship value.

  • 4. Payment Terms

    • Full sponsorship payment is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Failure to remit payment may result in removal of sponsorship recognition and associated benefits.

  • 5. Sponsorship Classification

    • Sponsor acknowledges that sponsorship payments under this Agreement may not be tax-deductible charitable contributions.

    • Any tax determination remains solely the responsibility of the Sponsor and its advisors.

  • 6. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Sponsor cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    • No refunds are guaranteed after production or promotional expenses have been incurred.

  • 7. Indemnification

    • Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BFW and its representatives from claims arising from Sponsor-provided materials, activations, negligence, or misconduct.

  • 8. Media and Publicity

    • Sponsor grants BFW permission to use Sponsor name and logo in promotional, digital, marketing, and event materials associated with the sponsorship.

  • 9. Entire Application and Agreement

    • This document constitutes the full application and agreement between the parties unless modified in writing.

  • Exhibit B - SPONSOR DELIVERABLES & DEADLINES

    • Sponsor logos should be submitted in high-resolution PNG, SVG, EPS, or AI format.

    • Sponsor advertisements and graphics should be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the applicable event unless otherwise approved.

    • Website listings and digital acknowledgments are subject to production schedules and submission timing.

    • Custom sponsorship requests must be approved in writing by BFW.

    • Weekend pass allocations must be finalized prior to event distribution deadlines.
