We have received funding from Whole family wellbeing to help families access music education. The fee for this class is £10 per week. We are able to offer a limited number of free spaces, which are available to support families who would most benefit and may not otherwise be able to attend. We would like to support your family to access our classes. If you would like to apply for a free place, please indicate below.

FORT System - Please Note:

We use a secure database system called FORT when we refer anyone to our ASN/Youth music club groups.

The Fast Online Referral and Tracking (FORT) system has been introduced to manage families currently accessing support within Renfrewshire. This system aims to improve accessibility for teams supporting families by holding all necessary information on each family and improving collaboration across teams as families may access support from a number of services.

Data Sharing - Permission

This means when we add your details to FORT, we can keep a note of any feedback on how you and your child are finding the group, and optionally, other organisations you may seek support from can access this information.

We need to confirm your consent that you understand this, and additionally if you are okay with your information being available to other organisations if you seek support in future.
