    Conditions to be met for return requests, excluding warranty claims : 

    • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the invoce date or project completion date; 

    • Items must be in their original condition and must not have been used. 

    Items not eligible for return, exluding warranty claims : 

    • Items such as small hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.);

    • Items sold as part of a set but returned separately;

    • Items that do not comply with biosecurity requirements (brought inside the farm or in contact with animals);

    • Damaged items for which the warranty is no longer applicable.
