Agree to follow SIR’s anti-trust guidelines which include sharing knowledge and opinions based on publicly available information, sharing opinions future trends and actions by carriers, but only speculating based on publicly available information, and having no discussion about future actions or positions undertaken jointly by two or more carriers. Full copy of guidelines available upon request.
Although SIR provides many opportunities for networking during the event and will work with speakers to provide visibility for their organizations and offerings, including opportunities to sponsor &/or exhibit &/or to publish articles, I will avoid any appearance that my scheduled presentation includes a "sales pitch" for any particular company, product, or service.
The material I will present will neitherinfringe on any copyright nor slander any person or organization. I will hold harmless SIR for any suchinfringement on my part.
I agree to assist SIR in promoting the Workshops by allowing the use of my professional biography and photo
I understand the presentation will be recorded and stored for attendees to view for up to 4 months after. SIR may also repurpose these recordings and use in other virtual experiences. Speakers will not be able to share their recorded presentations without SIR’s approval.
