About the team:

The 16U Dearborn Mustangs are a FULL-SEASON 16U (2010 & 2011 birthyear) INDEPENDENT MAHA team. We'll play exposure showcases, high-level tournaments, and games against competitive opponents.

The development goals for our team include preparing our players for Tier 1, JUNIORS, and COLLEGE through their 16U years. This is a continuation of the process that has been in place, and the coaches are dedicated to preparing the players not only to succeed at this level but also to play at the next levels.

We plan to play a demanding schedule, and the level of competition will be at the "Yzerman" level and above. The purpose of the season is to develop our players, give them exposure to higher-level teams and scouts, and to prepare them for their "next level" of hockey.

We are looking for players who will commit to playing with us for the entirety of the 2026-27 season.
