  • What to expect in class:

This class is led by Silas, clinical herbal resident at Feral Hollow Botanical Sanctuary and Apothecary. Silas brings twelve years of recovery, deep roots in urban agriculture, and training in herbal medicine and functional nutrition to their community teaching. River will be present to field clinical questions. A note on format and access: Class includes group sharing, sensory engagement with plants and preparations, and some discussion of nervous system stress and emotional experience. If you have dietary needs, accessibility needs, allergies, sensitivities, or anything that would help you participate fully - including access needs we might not think to ask about - there's space on the registration form to let us know. This class will be held indoors.
  • What do I need to bring to class?:

All you need is yourself! We will be offering some herbal teas as a way to start our time together however, so if you have a favorite mug or travel glass feel free to grab that as well. Handouts will be provided but if you're a note taker don't forget to bring your paper & writing utensils!
  • What about parking & accessibility?:

Parking is located on the street or behind the building. There is a driveway between the church & Jacob's Chance but that will dead end you into a garage. Calcedonia Road crosses Westover Hills Blvd & turns into a driveway (just next to Jacob's Chance). Follow that driveway to the back & you will see a sidewalk that will lead to the front of the building where there is slow sloping ramp for ADA accessibility. As you enter the building, follow the hall on your left & that will take you directly to the classroom.
  • Should be Empty:
