Rental Agreement

This agreement is made between Kingston Strings ("Lessor") and {q3_textbox1}{q4_textbox2} ("Lessee").

The Lessor agrees to rent the following instrument to the Lessee: Instrument: {q19_dropdown17}

Rental Fee: $20.00/month, payable to Kingston Strings.

These instruments are reserved for the use of beginning students and, as such, are not normally available for renewal. Instruments are to be returned at the end of the last lesson of the year unless other arrangements are made with your instructor.The care and maintenance of the instruments is the sole responsibility of the student and parent. The Lessee is responsible for any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, and agrees to return the instrument in good condition.
