The following Official Rules and Waiver (“Rules”) govern all giveaways, contests, and promotional drawings conducted by Smokies.Live (“Sponsor”). By participating in any Smokies.Live giveaway or contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Rules.

Eligibility:
Giveaways and contests are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry unless otherwise stated.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Smokies.Live, its partners, sponsors, advertisers, or affiliated entities are not eligible to participate unless specifically authorized.

Contest Period
Each giveaway or contest shall begin and end on the dates and times specified in the official promotional announcement posted by Smokies.Live through its website, social media platforms, livestreams, or other official communication channels.
Entries submitted outside the designated contest period will not be eligible.

Participants may enter using this form.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.
Automated entries, bots, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the contest are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Prize(s)
Prize details, approximate retail value, and any restrictions will be disclosed in the official giveaway announcement.
Prizes:
Are non-transferable
Have no cash redemption value unless otherwise stated
May not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion
Smokies.Live reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random or according to the criteria stated in the contest announcement.
Winner(s) will be notified through the contact method associated with their entry, including but not limited to:
Social media direct message
Email
Phone call
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or is found ineligible, Smokies.Live reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Smokies.Live permission to use their:
Name
Social media handle
City and state
Photograph, likeness, voice, or submitted content
for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Smokies.Live, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, advertising partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to:
Participation in the giveaway or contest
Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
Technical malfunctions or platform failures
Unauthorized intervention or fraud
Human or technical error
Participants assume all risks related to participation.
Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.
Participants release all social media platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.
Disqualification
Smokies.Live reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Rules
Attempts to tamper with the entry process
Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct
Provides false or misleading information
Privacy
Information collected from participants may be used by Smokies.Live for contest administration, marketing communications, and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Participants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
General Conditions
Smokies.Live reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any contest or giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
All decisions made by Smokies.Live regarding the giveaway are final.
Governing Law
These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tennessee.

By participating in a Smokies.Live giveaway or contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Waiver.
