We take great pride in placing our puppies in loving, well-matched homes, and this process helps ensure the best fit for both your family and ours.If we feel you may be a good match and you feel confident moving forward with us, we will continue to the next step. After a successful phone interview and approval, you will receive payment details. At that time, you will have 24 hours to complete payment to secure your puppy.Please note: if payment is not received within that timeframe, the puppy will remain available to other families.We deeply value the responsibility of placing our puppies and approach every adoption with care, intention, and love.We do not do one visitation! Puppies that are not fully vaccinated or risk for Pavo and contamination when you have people shopping for puppies going from breeders home to breeder home and our responsibility is to our puppies to maintain healthy. We also will provide you with a copy of our business license breeder in Washington state to be legal is required to have a business license! So beware of scammers online that are not licensed in the state of Washington do business.

  • NO WARRANTY WAIVER & AS-IS PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

    This Warranty Waiver & As-Is Puppy Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Priceless Pups, Alex Bailey, and Stefanie Bailey (“Seller”), and the undersigned Purchaser (“Buyer”).

    Buyer is voluntarily selecting the discounted AS-IS purchase option for the puppy in the amount of $1,500.00. Payment must be made via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. All puppies must be picked up locally in Tacoma, Washington. No delivery, shipping, or transport options are available.

    By selecting this discounted AS-IS option, Buyer fully understands and agrees that the puppy is being sold STRICTLY AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND.

    BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

    WHAT IS INCLUDED:
    • Two sets of age-appropriate vaccinations
    • Deworming record provided at time of pickup

    WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
    • No veterinary examination or health certificate
    • No health guarantee of any kind
    • No genetic guarantee
    • No congenital defect coverage
    • No parasite guarantee
    • No replacement guarantee
    • No reimbursement of veterinary expenses
    • No future medical coverage of any kind
    • No professional photo shoot updates
    • No updated photos or videos after purchase
    • No Official Shorkie Guide
    • No educational support package included with warranty options

    BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Buyer accepts full responsibility for all veterinary care immediately upon transfer of possession
    • Buyer is solely responsible for all vaccinations, wellness exams, emergency care, medications, treatments, surgeries, follow-up visits, and all future medical expenses
    • Buyer understands that once the puppy is physically transferred into their possession, all responsibility becomes solely that of the Buyer

    ADDITIONAL TERMS:
    • Seller will not hold the puppy beyond the agreed pickup timeframe
    • Pickup date and time will be scheduled once full payment has been received
    • All sales under this AS-IS option are final and non-refundable

    WARRANTY OPTIONS DISCLOSURE:
    Buyer acknowledges that Priceless Pups also offers:
    • A Full Warranty option
    • A Discount Warranty option that includes a veterinary examination

    By selecting this AS-IS purchase option, Buyer knowingly declines all warranty options. Buyer understands and agrees that once payment is made and this Agreement is signed, the selected option is final and cannot later be upgraded, changed, or switched to a warranty option.

    RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
    Buyer knowingly and voluntarily waives, releases, and discharges Priceless Pups, Alex Bailey, and Stefanie Bailey from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, veterinary expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to the puppy after transfer of possession, including but not limited to illness, injury, parasites, congenital conditions, genetic disorders, or death.

    By signing below, Buyer confirms they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms contained within this Agreement.
