I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, certify that my child is physically able to participate in the Bullard Youth Football Exposure Combine. I understand that participation in athletic activities includes risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, heat-related illness, or other physical injuries. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event and release, waive, and discharge Bullard Youth Football, its coaches, volunteers, staff, sponsors, affiliates, and event personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during participation in the combine. I also grant permission for emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

To secure your registration, please complete your $30 payment. After completing registration, you will be redirected to submit payment through Square.

Current registered Bullard Youth Football players: $25

Please note: Payments will NOT be accepted at the door.

Combine Schedule:

Combine Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Doors Open: 9:00 AM
Athletes are encouraged to arrive at 9:00 AM to stretch and pick up their numbers. The combine will begin promptly at 9:30 AM.
