Terms and AgreementsEffective Date: 2026 By booking or purchasing services from KELLS Yard Card, you agree to the following:1. Rental DurationYard signs are typically rented for a 24-hour or 48-hour period unless otherwise specified at booking. Setup and removal times are scheduled in advance. Additional rental time may be arranged for an extra fee.2. Reservation & Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. We accept payments via Zelle or Cash App. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made 48 hours or less will not be eligible to Rescheduled or be Refunded for any reason. If property is inaccessible due to(Gated Community, loose Pets ect.) A Re-Instalation fee of $35+ will be added if we have to come back. Absolutely no refund will be provided due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e. Server Weather and state regulations). A new reservation can be booked due to cancellations caused by weather(Equal to previous reservation).3. Setup & RemovalSigns will be installed and removed by KELLS Yard Card staff. Please do not move or adjust the signs. Setup will occur during the agreed time window unless otherwise arranged. Removal will occur the day after the event, typically within 24 hours.4. Lawn RequirementsLawns must be watered and mowed within 24 hours prior to setup. The ground must be soft enough to insert stakes. We are not responsible for unsuccessful setups due to dry, rocky, or frozen ground.5. LiabilityCustomers assume full responsibility for loss or damage to signs due to theft, vandalism, lawn care equipment, pets, or negligent handling. A fee of $15–$30 per damaged or missing item may be charged.6. Weather PolicyIn the event of severe weather, we may need to delay or cancel setup for safety reasons. A full refund or reschedule will be offered.7. Prohibited UsesSigns may not be used for offensive or discriminatory messages. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content. No balloons, decorations, or other objects may be attached without prior approval.8. Photo UseWe may photograph your yard display for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us at the time of booking.9.
