    The registration fee is $150, which includes meeting room rental/materials, beverages & and breakfast Thursday.

    Please register each person individually by September 13th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed.

    Invoicing & Payment:
    Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

    WSTA has a room block at The Residence Inn for the Per Diem Rate of $110.00 per night. Room block closes on September 13th.

      • WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

        Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on September 13th, 2026 either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
