SheFundedCo LLC acts solely as a funding procurement consultant. The company does not guarantee funding approval or specific loan amounts. All funding outcomes depend on the client's individual financial profile, creditworthiness, and lender decisions. Clients are encouraged to seek independent financial or legal advice before entering into any funding agreement.
Disclosure Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that I have read and understood the disclosures provided by SheFundedCo LLC.
Party Obligation: I agree to provide truthful, accurate, and correct information.
Binding Arbitration: I agree that all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration.
Party Obligation: I understand that this agreement becomes null and void if applicable submissions are made without satisfying all obligations.
Party Obligation: I agree to maintain my credit and refrain from taking on additional auto loans or new debt until funding is secured.
All disputes between the parties will be resolved by binding arbitration. By signing, the client gives up the right to go to court, assert or defend claims before a judge or jury, or participate in a class action.
SheFundedCo LLC charges a 10% fee on the first disbursement, invoiced upon funding.
