The registration fee is $150, which includes: beverages, and meeting materials on Thursday and breakfast Friday. Please register by Thursday October, 01, to avoid a $15 late fee.

There will be a no-host networking dinner on Thursday evening - location TBD

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fee for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on October 01, 2026 either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
