Note: This Leadership Institute Application is for the 2027 Leadership Institute Class. This application will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Video Requirement:

Please note: A video submission is required as part of your application and must be completed before starting the application. Your video should be no longer than 2 minutes and submitted as a YouTube or Vimeo link with sharing/viewing access enabled. Leadership is both about contribution and growth. In your video, please state your name and where you are from, tell us how you would add value to the Leadership Institute program and how you hope the program will shape you as a leader. For additional upload instructions, please see Section 8, Question 3 below.
All applicants must be:

A REALTOR®, REALTOR-Associate® or REALTOR® Association Executive.

A Women's Council National member in good standing.

Individuals who have completed the following will be given special consideration.

National Women’s Council member for at least 2 years.

Served at local network.

Attended at least 2 (in person) National Women's Council Conferences (Midyear, Network 360 or National Conference).

Application Agreement
I understand the purpose of the Women’s Council Leadership Institute, and if I am selected, I will devote the time and financial resources necessary to complete the program. I understand that by agreeing to this application I am committing to attend ALL in person and online sessions. This a 11-month commitment from January -November. This includes an application fee of $699 paid prior to December 1, 2026 and attendance at the following three meetings: a dedicated 2-day training event in Chicago, IL (Council covers hotel and meals; participant covers airfare) in February or March 2027; the Midyear Meeting in Washington, DC (registration and all travel at your own expense) in May 2027; the National Conference in San Diego, CA (registration and all travel at your own expense) in November 2027. Other meetings will be held via telephone or Zoom in between the meetings. Upon acceptance into the program you will be required to sign a Attendance & Absentee Policy and Women's Council Leadership Pledge.
