I agree to allow the JSOR to charge a Catering Fee which the base fee will range from $125 - $450. If form is submitted within 48 hours of event, additional fees may apply.Fee of $450 includes of up to 5 hours of a Mashgiach onsite, additional time will be as deemed necessary which may cost up to $50 per hour as detailed in Catering Outline.
