I understand this event will be covered with photography and video and could be shared via social medial outlets by West Jackson Street Baptist Church and/or the site administrator. It is understood that every precaution will be taken for the safety and well-being of my child, but in the event of accident or sickness, West Jackson Street Baptist Church, its staff and its volunteers are hereby released from any liability.
