  • The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) in partnership with North Carolina State University (NC State University) is studying the impact of state parks, museums, historic sites, aquariums, archives and libraries, and the Zoo on North Carolina’s economy. Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

     

    You must be 18 years of age or older and consent to allowing DNCR and NC State University to receive your anonymized responses to participate in this study. There are minimal risks associated with your participation, and your identity will be anonymous. You are not eligible to receive payment or other compensation for completing this survey. Summaries of responses are subject to the North Carolina Public Records Act.
