2026-27 Senior Math Placement

Dear Senior Families: Next year, we are excited to fully implement the Chesterton Academy math curriculum and offer three different senior-level math courses: Statistics, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus. To help us plan appropriately, please fill out this form to indicate your student’s preferred course selection for next year. If we do not receive a form for your student, our math teachers will simply place them where they believe that they belong. Thank you!
