She is a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, IBCLC, National Board Certified Reflexologist, Certified in Infant Massage, Craniosacral therapy and is a registered Yoga Teacher. Michelle has been an influential professional in the tongue tie field for many years, she contributed a chapter to Richard Baxter's book Tongue Tied and has spoken at numerous conferences, courses and seminars about this topic. She is passionate about babies receiving high quality of care and avoiding rushing to release, as this is not the answer for most babies. Michelle values function, neurodevelopment and nervous system regulation for babies and families.

The PPF Curriculum is designed for therapists who want to work directly with babies and families in a one-on-one clinical setting. It is intended to develop practical assessment and treatment skills, rather than focusing on social media education, therapy content creation, or influencing.
