All refund requests must be emailed directly to ali@recgympros.com. Requests sent on or before August 4, 2026 at 11:59pm ET will be provided a full refund, less a $10 admin fee per registrant. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any refunds beyond that point. However, you can swap out any registrants, free of charge, at any time up until the event begins (to do this please email us at ali@recgympros.com with the name, email, role & dietary needs of your new attendee and the name of the person they are replacing).
