Company Compensation & Carrier Agreement
Dispatchers understand and agree that carriers connected, assigned, or provided through Blue Border Dispatching remain company-associated relationships. For company-provided carriers, dispatchers will receive 65% of dispatching revenue, while Blue Border Dispatching will retain 35% as the company split for providing the carrier relationship, company infrastructure, branding, support, and operational systems.
If a dispatcher brings their own independent carrier relationship, the dispatcher may retain 85% while Blue Border Dispatching retains 15% under company structure and support.

I understand that independently soliciting, redirecting, or removing company-connected carriers outside of Blue Border Dispatching is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
